This free sewing pattern is for a sweetheart bag. Here’s what the creator says about it:
I designed this bag to be constructed completely from recycled materials. The main body of the bag is done in a heavy weight wool from a thrifted grey wool skirt. The skirt cost me $2 and I got two bags out of it! The lining was once an pair of curtains and the applique on the front was from a t-shirt that no longer fit. I hope this bag will show you that ‘upcycled’ can be pretty darn fashionable and affordable. I hope you have fun making it and even more fun finding a fun skirt to transform!
